Full root-cause analysis: FKITDEV-9305-rca. The report bundles two unrelated problems — (1) the integration-log queue.declare not_found spam every 5 s, caused by vuer_integration_log being absent from the mkb-instant supervisor overlay (also breaks mobile device-integrity checks and silently zeroes 6 queues in monitoring), and (2) a TURN relay-allocation failure in the compatibility test, which RabbitMQ provably cannot cause.

Two things to get right before touching anything: the fix belongs in vuer-release → projects/mkb-instant/components/vuer_oss/supervisor_vuer_oss_docker.conf (MKB migrated off legacy vuer_build on 2026-07-08), and the overlay must NOT be deleted — it carries the container-stdout logging wiring MKB’s OpenShift log collection depends on. Add one [program:] block instead. The spam is chronic since the .54 tag of 2025-07-01 (~14 months), so it cannot explain a recently-appearing compat-test failure.
