  • 🖨️ Added krakenpi-carbox as a consumer project — the KrakenSDR + Pi 5 car enclosure, 312 x 145 x 50 mm in two parts, each printable in one piece on the H2S (340 x 320 x 340 clears the 312 mm long axis with no diagonal trick). ⛔ Material rule recorded: no PLA. A parked car’s dashboard reaches 70–80 °C, at or above PLA’s Tg, so a PLA box sags and drops the hardware — ASA, PETG or PC only, with ASA/PC the safer two on heat. Knock-on for this printer: neither ASA nor PC can be dried in the AMS 2 Pro (65 °C ceiling), which strengthens the standing AMS HT open item — 3d-printing, bambu-h2s-material-reference

  • CORRECTION — retracted the “verify the fitted nozzle is hardened” warning. Per the H2/P2S hotend spec table, nozzle material is fixed per size (0.2 stainless; 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 0.4 High Flow all hardened steel), so the stock 0.4 mm is CF-capable out of the box. The wiki’s “Hardened steel / Stainless steel” line meant across the size range, not two variants of one size. Demoted to [!info], removed from blocking open items, and fixed in the Agent Landing entry — bambu-h2s-material-reference, 3d-printing
  • Added a full Nozzles section: Bambu’s CF/GF guidance (0.4 mm proven for PLA-CF/PETG-CF, 0.6 mm for PA-CF/PET-CF/PPA-CF/PPS-CF, 0.2 mm clogs on anything filled), 0.4 High Flow “Not recommended” list, and hotend options — steel €19.99 HRA 74 vs tungsten carbide €59.99 HRA 90 (~50 % longer on abrasives, no 0.2 mm) — bambu-h2s-material-reference
  • Densified the master matrix to 30 rows with nozzle temps, bed temps and hardened-nozzle flags across the PLA/PETG/ABS/ASA/PC/PA/PET/PPA/PPS/TPU families; added ABS €22.99 and PLA Basic €22.99 refill as the source of the advertised “as low as €11.50” 10-roll figure. Also pulled back several AMS-compatible ✅ marks set in the first pass (PLA Aero, ASA-CF, ASA Aero, PC FR, PA6-GF, PVA) — the wiki names base grades only and those variants were never explicitly listed — bambu-h2s-material-reference
  • Created the project. New Bambu Lab H2S + AMS 2 Pro; captured the full filament reference matrix (AMS feeding, drying, hardened-nozzle requirements, temps, HDT/impact/tensile ratings, EU pricing, bulk-sale scope) verified against wiki.bambulab.com and eu.store.bambulab.com — bambu-h2s-material-reference, 3d-printing
  • Recorded the three operating gotchas: AMS 2 Pro’s 65 °C ceiling can’t dry ABS/ASA/PC/PA/PAHT-CF/PET-CF/TPU; the stock 0.4 mm nozzle’s material is unstated and may be stainless; PET-CF/PPA-CF/PPS-CF are external-feed only (PPA-CF via the TPU backplate port even with an AMS HT) — bambu-h2s-material-reference
  • Logged material selection decisions: PC FR for the vehicle ECU box, PAHT-CF for high-temp/structural, PETG-CF as the general CF workhorse, PLA/ASA Aero for weight-critical RC; PET-CF rejected as default on impact 1/5 + no AMS feed — bambu-h2s-material-reference
