Hands-on repair and restoration work on the user’s 1995 Geo Tracker (Suzuki Vitara / Sidekick platform) — bodywork, panel condition, factory specifications, and the CAD artifacts that support them.

“kickfix” is the user’s own name for this domain. It comes from kick-fix.com, the defunct Suzuki Sidekick/Tracker community repair site whose archive lives in the homelab knowledgebase (see 2026-07-24-kickfix-ingest), and it is the URL segment that factory spec sheets are served under (
/kickfix-docs/...). This project folder is the vehicle-side counterpart: the physical car and its bodywork. The Tracker also appears in three other projects — do not duplicate their content here:

Open Questions
Two unresolved items — do not silently assume either way
1. The spec sheet is Model Year 1994, the car is a 1995
The dimensions sheet header reads Model Year 1994, Issued 9-93. The vehicle is a 1995. Both sit inside the same 1989–1998 generation, so the body dimensions are expected to be unchanged — but the document never states this. It is an inference. If a MY1995 sheet exists in the knowledgebase, it should be checked against geo-tracker-body-dimensions-sae-j1100.
2. The 85 kW figure does not match any Tracker 1.6
The vehicle was described as 1.6 16V, 85 kW. The G16B 1.6 16V in this vehicle is approximately 70–71 kW / 95 hp. 85 kW does not correspond to any factory Tracker 1.6 output. Possible readings — none confirmed:
- a misremembered or mis-transcribed figure
- a value from a registration document that lists something other than the factory rating
- a modified engine
- a different engine entirely
Unresolved. Do not cite 85 kW as fact.
3. Off-road angles could not be read
Approach / departure / ramp-breakover came through the OCR as three garbled pairs with no row mapping — see What Did NOT Survive OCR.
4. Overall length discrepancy
The modelled tailgate spare puts overall length at 3835 mm vs the documented L103 of 3620 mm — see Known Discrepancy — Overall Length.
