Coverage Gaps

  • Passive Kits and Their Exact Coverage Limits — the CPACKU-120 kit is ELECTROLYTIC ONLY, so there are zero ceramic capacitors in the house: no 100 nF decoupling anywhere, no 100 pF/470 pF, no 1000 µF bulk (kit tops out at 470 µF). The likeliest cause of any “works on the bench, glitches under load” fault
  • Confirmed Absent — checked and genuinely not owned: no female-female jumpers, no solid-core hookup wire, no JST connectors of any kind, no Dupont crimp housings/pins, no ESD kit, no bench PSU, no oscilloscope, no crimpers or strippers. ⚠️ Read Owned but Undocumented — Models Unknown first — this list is only as good as the last physical check
  • hardcut-bench-inventory — hardcut’s own gap: Task 8 parts are bench substitutes; the production BOM (74LVC1G17Q, BSS806N, LM74700-Q1 → SMBJ33A → LM5164-Q1 → AP2112K-3.3) was never bought
  • Not Stocked at HESTORE — Verified Negative Knowledge — ❌ verified negative knowledge, so the search is not re-run: no I2C fuel gauge of any kind (only bench capacity testers, which are not gauges), no Dupont 2.54 crimp housing/pin assortment, no M8 bolt with a 13 mm across-flats hex head, no M3 self-tapper for plastic into a 3.0 mm pilot, no panel switch with 1.9 mm mounting screws, no bench function generator under 100 EUR (order-only and 58 877 Ft+; in-stock is kit tier only), no no-PSRAM ESP32-S3 devboard (bare castellated modules only, both needing a carrier PCB), and no XC6220 — closest is HT7833-A 100.478.84, ~4 µA Iq but only 450 mA, marginal against 350–500 mA WiFi peaks and workable only with 100 µF+ bulk

Epistemics — Absence of Record vs Record of Absence

  • Owned but Undocumented — Models Unknown — ⭐ the rule that justifies this note existing: the absence of a record is not a record of absence. 3 soldering irons are owned — models/tip standard/PD-or-mains all unknown — appearing in no order XML, no vault note and no session transcript; four separate agent runs concluded there was no iron at all. Same shape as the multimeter (owned, model unrecorded) and the 12 W PSUs. The section is explicitly not exhaustive and invites additions — treat “not in the inventory” as unknown, never as absent, and if a decision turns on it, go look

HESTORE Ordering

  • HESTORE Cikkszám ↔ Product URL — ⭐ the cikkszám IS the product URL number with dots inserted: prod_10022512.html → 100.225.12, split 3-3-2, dots optional. Any URL yields a part number and any part number yields a page
  • Cart import format — <hestore><item cid="…" quantity="…"> XML (UTF-8 or ISO-8859-2), tab/semicolon CSV also accepted, quantity-multiplier box on the Kosár page. ⚠️ A double hyphen is illegal inside an XML comment — <!-- ---- --> breaks the file
  • Reading a listing: the fastener suffix tells you the head type — ⭐ DBKNY = ISO 7380 BUTTON HEAD (1.65 mm); HBKNY = DIN 912 socket cap (3.0 mm). How to read head type off a HESTORE listing that never states the standard. Load-bearing because the krakenpi-carbox recesses are 1.8 mm deep — socket cap will not sit flush. DBKNY runs M3x4 to M3x30
  • Order Provenance and the Two Amendments — the cart XML on disk is NOT the order as placed: CJOY-XYSW ×5 was added after export, the lab PSU and oscilloscope were removed before placing. Reconstructing from the XML alone gets one item too few and two too many

On Order — Unreconciled

  • ON ORDER — the 2026-09-02 Cart as Submitted — 🔴 53 line items, 248 units, submitted 2026-09-02/03 — and NOT reconciled against an order confirmation. It is not known whether the cart was ordered in full, in part, or with additions. On order ≠ owned: do not plan a build on it and do not treat it as closing any gap in Confirmed Absent. The 2026-08-08 order is the precedent — it was amended by three line items between export and placing. Caveats carried in the cart file: the HV-IGNITER-25KV-SMD is a self-oscillating flyback with no IGt and no dwell (a bench EMI source, not an automotive igniter stand-in for hardcut); RC-SERVO-ARM tooth count unstated; fuse-holder style unstated; M5 washers ordered but not the M5 screws; and ⛔ a plain buck cannot make 3.3 V from one 18650 — hence the XL63020-M buck-boost
  • Deliberately left out of this cart, and why — what the vault sweep cancelled: a UBEC + 2200 µF for a lightaim power problem that does not exist, 830-point breadboards for a problem extra length cannot touch, the PTS100 iron + T12 tip (~15 800 Ft) because three irons are already owned, and U.FL antennas already in stock
  • buttonbox — the XIAO ESP32C3 ×3, SS-5GL ×4 and JST-PH lines on the cart are largely this project’s

Safety and Handling Hazards

  • Semiconductors and Logic — 🔴 IRLML6344 and BAT54S are both 3 mm black SOT-23 and indistinguishable once loose. Standing rule: one SOT-23 type out of its bag at a time
  • Instruments and USB — 🔴 capture at 1 MHz, never 24 MHz — zero capture memory, silently drops samples while looking fine
  • Actuators and Power — 🔴 the single XL4015 is currently set to 6.0 V for lightaim; it is a configured part in a live rig, not free stock
  • Boards — 🔴 SMA and RP-SMA thread together perfectly and never make contact

Storage and Location

  • Storage System — Where Things Live — 📦 QBRICK System ONE ordered from protechshop.hu 2026-09-02 (⚠️ on order, not owned): 2× Organizer L RED Ultra HD (cikkszám 16497, 6 L, 12 containers, 11 288 Ft w/ ÁFA) + 1× Organizer 2 XL RED Ultra HD + QS ONE Connect (cikkszám 16508, 19.5 L, int. depth 132 mm, 21 793 Ft w/ ÁFA). ⚠️ The QS ONE Connect adapter is a WALL/FLOOR MOUNTING BRACKET (15 kg wall / 50 kg floor), NOT a cross-line coupler — System ONE does not connect to the System PRO toolboxes already owned; accepted deliberately because wall-mounting at eye level beats stack-compatibility for parts that never travel
  • The reasoning — this is the reusable part — ⭐ depth is reversible, shallowness is not (a deep bin can be subdivided by nesting; a shallow one can never be made deep — this overturned an earlier shallow+deep recommendation), subdivision comes from nested inserts not shallower boxes (a 24-compartment SMD box turns 1 space into 24), do not decant the kits (RPACK-600 / CPACKU-120 / HST-SET328 ship better-labelled than anything they’d move into), and ❌ Gridfinity printing rejected as a second parallel system
  • Evaluated and rejected — ⚠️ order by EAN, not by photo: colours may vary from images, and RED Ultra HD differs from the plain PRO line by MATERIAL — impact-tested below 0 °C — not only colour. 🪤 The PRO Organizer 200 has two variants: “habszivacs betét” = FOAM INSERT, i.e. the version WITHOUT bins
  • The Location column — 📍 every owned-stock table now carries a Location column, initially _unassigned_. ⚠️ Do not invent locations — a guessed location is worse than a blank one, because a wrong location is believed

Unresolved

  • UNRESOLVED: the 2026-01-24 List — a 17-line HESTORE list with no order confirmation and zero references anywhere, holding exactly the parts about to be re-bought (100 nF ceramics, 1000 µF bulk, TVS diodes, 1N5819, a sixteenth ESP32). Action: physically check the drawers before ordering any of it
  • ON ORDER — the 2026-09-02 Cart as Submitted — 🔴 the 2026-09-02 cart is unreconciled. Same shape as the 2026-01-24 list, one order later. Action: reconcile row-by-row against the order confirmation when it arrives, then move confirmed lines into the owned tables with a real quantity and location
  • Storage System — Where Things Live — the QBRICK boxes are on order; until they arrive every Location stays _unassigned_

Wishlist (never bought)

  • Recommended, Never Bought — ⭐ MINI560-5V-5A 100.423.75 552 Ft, wanted independently by lightaim and the KrakenSDR car rig — the first cross-project duplicate this inventory catches. Plus ESD tweezers/foam/bags (100.464.92 / 100.243.41 / 100.411.72), a 12 V 9 Ah AGM battery (100.459.79) for the hardcut bench, a CJOY plexi case, and 18650/AA holders. No soldering iron is on this list — three are already owned, see Owned but Undocumented — Models Unknown
  • Still needed — NOT available at HESTORE — ⭐ a JST-PH crimper is now a real blocker: 30× SPH-002T contacts at 2.0 mm pitch are on order and no general crimper does them properly — Engineer PA-09 (~€35) or IWISS SN-28B (~€20), ⛔ NOT the Knipex 08650, which is a Western/RJ crimper. Plus magnification (the SOT-23 parts are 3 mm), a label maker (24+ compartments about to be commissioned), and the Knipex Electronic Super Knips 125 mm (protechshop 08311, 10 501 Ft) — ground bevel-free edges, ~54 HRC; skip the insulated 16042, insulation is for live mains not for trimming leads. ⚠️ protechshop.hu has no soldering, bench instruments, ESD, magnification or label makers at all — only QBRICK storage and Knipex hand tools
