  • 🔴 Added ON ORDER — the 2026-09-02 Cart as Submitted — 53 line items, 248 units, transcribed verbatim from /Users/levander/Downloads/hestore_20260902_merged.xml — and flagged the whole section UNRESOLVED. ⚠️ It is NOT known whether the cart was ordered in full, in part, or with additions. That distinction is the entire point of the entry: the 2026-08-08 order proves the failure mode, having been amended by three line items between export and placing (Order Provenance and the Two Amendments). Nothing in the section is owned, and it must be reconciled row-by-row against the order confirmation before anything moves into the owned tables. The note now has three explicitly separated tiers — OWNED / ON ORDER, UNCONFIRMED / WISHLIST — surfaced in the For Agents callout. Caveats carried over from the cart file itself: the HV-IGNITER-25KV-SMD is a self-oscillating flyback with no IGt input and no dwell, so it will NOT stand in for an automotive igniter on the hardcut bench (it is a bench EMI source); the RC-SERVO-ARM tooth count is unstated so 25T MG996R fit is unconfirmed; the fuse holder’s inline-vs-panel style is unstated; the M5 washers are in the cart but the M5 screws are not; and ⛔ a plain buck cannot make 3.3 V from one 18650 — below ~3.5 V it stops regulating and the rail collapses, which is what the XL63020-M buck-boost is for — inventory
  • ⭐ New HESTORE listing rule: the fastener suffix tells you the head type. DBKNY = ISO 7380 BUTTON HEAD (1.65 mm tall); HBKNY = DIN 912 socket cap (3.0 mm). This is how head type is read off a listing that does not spell out the standard. It is load-bearing because the krakenpi-carbox recesses are 1.8 mm deep — button head sits flush, socket cap will not. Full DBKNY range in M3 is M3x4 to M3x30. Also confirmed again in practice: a double hyphen is illegal inside an XML comment, so <!-- ---- section ---- --> makes a cart file unparseable — use === or ***; and the quantity multiplier box on the Kosár page applies to the whole import, so write a list as one set and multiply at import — Reading a listing: the fastener suffix tells you the head type
  • ❌ New section: Not Stocked at HESTORE — Verified Negative Knowledge — seven searches run to exhaustion, recorded so nobody runs them again. No I2C fuel gauge of any kind (no MAX17048, no MAX1704x, no LC709203F, no coulomb counter — only bench capacity testers like ZB2L3 100.416.16, which are not gauges); no Dupont 2.54 crimp housing/pin assortment (only 4-pin fan housings and TE AMPMODU singles); no M8 bolt with a 13 mm across-flats hex head (socket cap only); no M3 self-tapping screw for plastic into a 3.0 mm pilot (closest is a 3.9 mm sheet-metal screw, wrong diameter); no panel switch with 1.9 mm mounting screws; no bench function generator under 100 EUR — everything real is order-only AND over budget at 58 877 Ft and up, in-stock alternatives are kit tier only (XR2206 100.422.39, 3 148 Ft or EM-60230 100.332.54, 2 416 Ft); and no no-PSRAM ESP32-S3 devboard — only bare SMD castellated modules (100.502.30 1U-N16, low stock; 100.520.19 1U-N16R2, order-only), both needing a carrier PCB. ⚠️ XC6220 not stocked either, and nothing in stock meets both low-Iq and 500 mA+: closest is HT7833-A 100.478.84 at ~4 µA Iq but only 450 mA, marginal against ESP32 WiFi peaks of 350–500 mA — workable with 100 µF+ bulk because the bursts are milliseconds.   • 📦 New section: Storage System — Where Things Live — a QBRICK storage system was decided and ordered from protechshop.hu. 2× System ONE Organizer L RED Ultra HD (cikkszám 16497, ORGQL2CZEPG013, 531 × 379 × 77 mm, 6 L, 12 containers, 8 888 Ft net / 11 288 Ft with ÁFA) and 1× System ONE Organizer 2 XL RED Ultra HD + QS ONE Connect adapter (cikkszám 16508, ORGQ2XLADCZEPG013, ext. 582 × 387 × 172 mm, int. 304 × 498 × 132 mm, 19.5 L, 4 compartments each subdividable by 3 dividers, foam insert + 2 adapters, 17 160 Ft net / 21 793 Ft with ÁFA). Both 22% off. ⚠️ On order, not owned. ⭐ The reasoning is the reusable part: the QS ONE Connect adapter is a WALL/FLOOR MOUNTING BRACKET (15 kg wall, 50 kg floor), NOT a cross-line coupler — System ONE does not connect to the System PRO toolboxes already owned, accepted deliberately because bench storage wall-mounted at eye level beats stack-compatibility for parts that never travel; ⭐ depth is reversible, shallowness is not — a deep bin can be subdivided by nesting a tray or SMD box, a shallow bin can never be made deep, which overturned an earlier recommendation to pair a shallow organizer with a deep one; subdivision comes from nested inserts, not from buying shallower boxes (a 24-compartment SMD box inside one deep bin turns 1 space into 24). 🔴 Two things QBRICK does not solve: the bins are open cups — the lid secures them closed but nothing stops a spill once open, so an individually-lidded SMD box must be nested for the SOT-23 parts (IRLML6344 and BAT54S are both 3 mm black SOT-23 and indistinguishable loose); and 18650 cells need their own plastic case — loose cells among fasteners is a short-circuit and fire path, not an untidiness problem. Do not decant the kits — RPACK-600, CPACKU-120 and HST-SET328 ship better-labelled than anything they would be moved into. ❌ Gridfinity printing rejected — redundant once a modular organizer system is owned; it builds a second parallel system to solve a problem the first already solves. PRO-line alternatives priced and not taken, for the record: PRO Organizer 200 (ORGQPRO200CZEPG001 / EAN 5901238256441, 6 L, 8 buckets + 2 small) and PRO Organizer 300 (ORGQPRO300CZEPG001 / EAN 5901238256427, 9 L, 8 buckets, 25 kg load). ⚠️ Order by EAN, not by photo — the manufacturer warns colours may vary from images, and RED Ultra HD differs from the plain PRO line by MATERIAL (impact-tested below 0 °C), not only colour. 🪤 Trap: the PRO Organizer 200 has two variants — the Hungarian “habszivacs betét” means FOAM INSERT, i.e. the version WITHOUT bins — Storage System — Where Things Live
  • 📍 Added a Location column to every owned-stock table, initially _unassigned_. The note recorded what is owned but never where, so “do I already own one” could be answered and “then go get it” could not.   • 🛒 Wishlist extended with four non-HESTORE items. ⭐ A JST-PH crimper is now a real blocker — 30× SPH-002T contacts at 2.0 mm pitch are on order and no general crimper does them properly: Engineer PA-09 (~€35) or IWISS SN-28B (~€20) from AliExpress/Amazon. ⛔ NOT the Knipex 08650 — that is a Western/RJ crimper, wrong tool entirely. Also: magnification (headband magnifier or USB microscope — the SOT-23 parts are 3 mm); a label maker (24+ compartments are about to be commissioned and an unlabelled bin defeats the inventory); and the Knipex Electronic Super Knips 125 mm, protechshop ref 08311, 10 501 Ft (22% off 13 418) — THE electronics flush cutter, ground bevel-free edges, ~54 HRC.   • ✅ Two purchases cancelled by the vault sweep, recorded in Deliberately left out of this cart, and why. A UBEC + 2200 µF bulk cap were about to be bought to fix a lightaim power problem that does not exist — “full speed” is MAX_RATE_DEG_S = 60.0f in src/main.cpp, a code constant.   • Created inventory — the vault’s first vault-level parts inventory, superseding hardcut-bench-inventory for global purposes. Reason: the full contents of HESTORE order H26/7333913 (placed 2026-08-08, arrived 2026-08-11, 26 line items, 84 100 Ft ex-VAT) had been independently reconstructed from /Users/levander/Downloads/hestore_20260808.xml by at least four separate agent runs since August — each found the gap, cited it, moved on. hardcut-bench-inventory covered only 9 of the 26 because it was scoped to hardcut’s bench tasks, and its own body asked to “graduate into a vault-level inventory”. ⭐ KEY FACT recorded for the first time: the HESTORE cikkszám IS the product URL number with dots inserted — hestore.hu/prod_10022512.html → 100.225.12, split 3-3-2, dots optional in cart imports. So any URL yields a part number and any part number yields a page, with no search step. Cart import format also captured (<hestore><item cid="…" quantity="…"><![CDATA[name]]></item></hestore>, UTF-8 or ISO-8859-2, tab/semicolon CSV also accepted, quantity-multiplier box on the Kosár page) plus the gotcha that a double hyphen is illegal in an XML comment, so <!-- ---- --> breaks the import file. ⚠️ The cart XML is NOT the order as placed — two amendments were recorded that no vault note had: 5× CJOY-XYSW 100.355.02 @534 Ft ADDED after export (dropped in a cart rebuild, caught in review) and the SPS-C3206 lab PSU 100.468.24 (37 900 Ft) + DSO2D10 scope 100.457.22 (111 000 Ft) REMOVED before placing — which is why there is no bench supply and no oscilloscope. Hazards surfaced as callouts: IRLML6344 and BAT54S are both 3 mm black SOT-23 and indistinguishable once loose (standing rule: one SOT-23 type out of its bag at a time); the logic analyzer must capture at 1 MHz, never 24 MHz; the single XL4015 is currently set to 6.0 V for lightaim and is a configured part, not a free one; and zero ceramic capacitors exist, so nothing anywhere is decoupled — inventory
  • Recorded the 2026-01-24 list as UNRESOLVED with a physical-check action. /Users/levander/Downloads/hestore_20260124.txt is a 17-line HESTORE list with no matching order confirmation and zero references anywhere in the vault or any session — unknown whether placed, drafted or wished for. It matters because it holds exactly the parts about to be re-bought: 100.483.35 100 nF ceramic ×3, 100.000.15 1000 µF/35V ×3, 100.222.45 1N5819 ×3, 100.489.20 SMF36A ×3, 100.425.04 SMBJ36A-CF ×3 and a sixteenth ESP32 (100.481.79 ESP32-S3-DEV-N16R8 ×1) — UNRESOLVED: the 2026-01-24 List
  • Caught the first cross-project duplicate an inventory would have prevented: the MINI560-5V-5A (100.423.75, 552 Ft) is wanted independently by lightaim (vehicle logic rail, so the MCU is never on the servo’s 2.5 A rail) and by the KrakenSDR car rig (Pi 5 browns out at 5 V/3 A). Two projects, two sessions, same part, neither aware of the other. Filed with the rest of the never-bought wishlist: ESD tweezers 100.464.92 (2 385 Ft — “not optional, a SOT-23 IRLML6344 is about 3 mm long”), antistatic foam 100.243.41, ESD bags 100.411.72, a 12 V 9 Ah AGM battery 100.459.79 (7 756 Ft) for the hardcut bench, and a CJOY plexi case 100.418.31 — Recommended, Never Bought
  • ⭐ CORRECTION the same day, and it became the note’s governing principle: 3 soldering irons ARE owned. The brief listed “soldering iron” under CONFIRMED ABSENT because there is no purchase record anywhere — no order XML, no vault note, no session transcript. The user then said directly that he owns three. Four separate agent runs had reached the same wrong conclusion from the same missing record. Removed from Confirmed Absent; added a new Owned but Undocumented — Models Unknown section alongside the multimeter (owned, model unrecorded) and the 12 W PSUs, with what is unknown spelled out per item — models, tip standard (T12? T245? proprietary?), mains vs USB-C PD vs gas, spare tips — needs a physical check. Dropped the now-moot purchase recommendations (PTS100 100.495.17, Miniware TS101 100.499.16, T12-B2 tip 100.494.94), keeping only the generally useful fact as a note against the owned irons: a USB-C PD iron needs a supply advertising a 20 V PDO — many banks sold as “100 W” cap at 15 V and throttle it to 45 W, which reads as a bad iron rather than a bad supply. Stated the rule explicitly in the note and on Agent Landing: the absence of a record is not a record of absence — the note is not exhaustive, invites additions, and “not in the inventory” means unknown, never absent — Owned but Undocumented — Models Unknown
