Customization Branch Catalog

Verified inventory of customization/* branches across the 8 local Facekom repos, plus the full GitHub-API view of vuer_css (whose local clone is fetch-restricted and therefore only mirrors 3 of 160+ remote branches).

Data sources

  • Local repos: last-fetched refs/remotes/origin/customization/* in each clone under /Users/levander/coding/facekom/, read via git -C <repo> for-each-ref ... refs/remotes/origin/customization/ on 2026-05-30.
  • vuer_css authoritative view: GitHub REST API repos/TechTeamer/vuer_css/branches?per_page=100 --paginate on 2026-05-30.
  • Branch tip dates/authors are the committer date / author name of each branch tip as of the last fetch — they reflect last-known commit activity, not a live re-fetch.

How customization works (context)

devel is the core product in each customizable repo; deployments ship from long-running customization/<partner> branches that layer partner code into a customization/ override tree, applied last in every boot via the serviceContainer.emitter hook/override seam (customization() / setupCustomizations). CI audit.yaml runs on push to devel and customization/* in vuer_oss and vuer_css. Verified in vuer_oss (server.js, service_container.js, customization/ tree of 887 files on a checked-out partner branch) and vuer_css (service_container.js, customizations.js, BrandingService.js). Full mechanism: customization-architecture.

Classification scheme

Each branch directly under customization/ is bucketed by a name-pattern heuristic:

  • client-basecustomization/<client> long-running partner line, including product variants of a client (-instant, -kar, -demo, -selfservice, -export-rooms, -update, …) and a few shared infra branches (e2e-test-coverage, referencia-websdk).
  • ticket-scoped — name contains a Jira key: customization/FKITDEV-*, customization/FKQA-*/fkqa-*, or <client>-FKITDEV-* (e.g. nusz-FKITDEV-2389-...). Short-lived feature/fix work.
  • variant / backup — version-pinned (-1.9.11.14, -952), explicit backups/rebases (-bak-YYYY-MM-DD, -rebase-YYYY-MM-DD, -original, -without-CR1, -patch), DB-engine forks (-sequelize-v6), test snapshots (-test), and other -vN rev-pins.

Heuristic, not authoritative

Buckets are derived purely from branch names, not diff content. A handful of branches are genuinely ambiguous (e.g. qtsp-demo/cofidis-instant are product variants kept as client-base; dap-test/sberbank-test are kept as variant). Counts below are internally consistent (client + ticket + variant = total per repo) but reflect this naming convention.

Counts per repo (local refs)

These counts cover only branches directly under refs/remotes/origin/customization/. For vuer_css the local clone is fetch-restricted (see §vuer_css discrepancy) — its authoritative numbers are in that section.

cetelem-f1 is kept here as a client product variant despite the -f1 suffix; if treated as a rev-pin it would move to variant/backup (and the split would read 79 client / 19 variant). All other client rows are unambiguous partner lines.

vuer-release — 0 branches

No refs/remotes/origin/customization/* refs exist in the local clone. Customization is not branch-modeled in vuer-release.

vuer_css GitHub-API discrepancy

The local vuer_css clone is fetch-restricted and does NOT mirror the remote.

git -C vuer_css config --get-all remote.origin.fetch returns a single explicit refspec (and the clone is a blob:none partial/promisor clone, tagopt=--no-tags): +refs/heads/customization/raiffeisen:refs/remotes/origin/customization/raiffeisen Despite that, the clone currently holds 3 remote-tracking refs total: origin/customization/raiffeisen, origin/customization/instacash, origin/devel. Only raiffeisen is covered by the persisted refspec (it is the lone entry in .git/packed-refs); instacash and devel are loose refs under .git/refs/remotes/ that were fetched out-of-band (one-off git fetch origin <branch>, not via the configured refspec), so a routine git fetch would not refresh them. The local customization/* count of 2 (raiffeisen + instacash) is an artifact of this refspec plus that ad-hoc instacash fetch — not the real branch population. Remote URL: git@github.com:TechTeamer/vuer_css.git.

Authoritative counts (GitHub API, 2026-05-30)

gh api "repos/TechTeamer/vuer_css/branches?per_page=100" --paginate returns 506 branches total, of which 162 contain customization:

GroupCount
Directly under customization/111
Under a prefixed path (update/customization/…, save/customization/…, hotfix/…, test/…, revert-…)51

Local-clone view of the same: 2. Discrepancy: 160 branches are present on the remote but absent locally.

  • client-base: ~76 — the remaining partner lines. Set closely tracks vuer_oss client-base (cib, unicredit, unicredit-srb, mvm, nusz, otp, magnet, raiffeisen, instacash, dap, demo, kh, mbh, polgaribank, granit, dunatakarek, vkta, nn, cetelem, bankmonitor, signal, …) and additionally exposes facekom-pont, mkb-instant-onprem, referencia-websdk, e2e-test-coverage.

The 51 prefixed-path branches (workflow snapshots)

These encode a dated update/save/hotfix workflow layered on top of the client lines — i.e. ephemeral integration snapshots, not new partners.

  • update/customization/<client>-YYYY[-MM[-DD]] (majority of the 51) — rolling per-client update snapshots. Distinct clients referenced: barion, bb, cib, cofidis-instant, dap, demo, dunatakarek, equilor2, generali-atvilagitas, instacash, kh, magnet, mkb-instant, mvm, nn, nusz, otp, polgaribank, raiffeisen, raiffeisen-instant, unicredit, unicredit-srb, union, vkta. Newest: update/customization/demo-2026-05-29, update/customization/raiffeisen-2026-06-07 (note the future committer date relative to the 2026-05-30 fetch), update/customization/nusz-2026-03-24.
  • save/customization/<client>-YYYY-MM-DD (10) — pre-change save points: cofidis-before-quickwin, dap-2026-04-29, dap-2026-04-30, equilor2-2025-06-30, equilor2-2025-07-01, generali-atvilagitas-2024-04-03, granit-2025-07-07, kh-2024-07-11, microsec-2024-03-28, raiffeisen-2025-07-16.
  • One-offs (3): hotfix/customization/unicredit/1.9.11.58, test/customization/mvm-FKITDEV-5370-bg-fix, revert-2589-update/customization/unicredit-2025-06-26.

The other 7 customizable repos were not cross-checked against GitHub. If their local clones use the same restricted-refspec pattern as vuer_css, their local customization/* counts above could likewise under-report the remote. Only vuer_css's refspec was inspected and confirmed restricted; vuer_oss's local count (154) appears to reflect a normal full fetch (it tracks the full partner history including 2018-era branches).

Cross-repo client overlap (client-base only)

The customizable partner set is widest in vuer_oss; the satellite repos carry a subset that needs that repo’s customization:

  • In esign_css ∩ esign_oss (e-signature partners): instacash, demo, raiffeisen, bankmonitor, cofidis, cig, equilor, mikrocredit, sberbank, maliatec (+ esign_css-only minikolcson).
  • In portal_css (portal partners): cib, unicredit-srb, demo, dunatakarek, instacash, takarek-mfszh.
  • vuer_build / vuer_docker: single-partner each (granit / kh-livenesscheck-demo).
  • Long-lived, present nearly everywhere: instacash, raiffeisen, demo — appear as client-base across vuer_oss, vuer_css, esign_css, esign_oss, and portal_css (raiffeisen also in vuer_css; instacash in all five).
